Ontario Science Centre: Annual Programs

Role: Program development, operations and logistics, partnership development, community outreach, budget management

Oversaw all logistics and operations for the Science Engagement department, including year-round programs, special events, and annual partnerships, including the highly successful Visions of Science annual science fair and residency.

Collaborations and programs included public, informal lecture-demonstrations for visitors in the Hot Zone, book launches and signings, tours and public Q&As with Nobel-prize winning scientists, and of course, live demonstrations including the beloved Science on Fire show, the Energy Show and the world-recognized Hair-Raising Experience featuring the Van de Graff generator. Partnerships included work with Ryerson University, CBC, and CERN.
